Second mistake, your list is not prioritized.

For example, if you want to improve your fitness, there is no need to involve hours at the gym. Instead, there are many ways that you can make small changes throughout the day to make your life better. For example, some little habits like doing housework, taking 30-minute early morning walks, taking the stairs instead of the elevator,  implementing the two-minute walking habit for every hour that you sit. 

A little goes a long way. Small habits every day will make a huge and long-term impact on your life. 

#2 No more jumping between different places to find your to-dos

Keeping tasks in the organized categories helps us get a handle as well as keep us focused. For example, when you're at work, you don't want to be distracted by your personal daily list. Or when you're at home, you don't want to be burdened considering your work responsibilities.
